New Haven Committee Approves $1.1M for Elm City COMPASS Crisis Response Team

The New Haven Health and Human Services Committee convened on July 24, 2025 to discuss a pivotal agreement aimed at enhancing local crisis response services. The committee approved a contract with Continuum of Care Inc. for $1,128,416.12 to fund the Elm City Compass Crisis Response Team from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
